Residential Treatment

Residential Treatment

During the Discovery Stage, the student is under constant, 24-hour supervision by mentors, staff, and therapists. The focus is on gaining Trust through safety, honesty, and accountability for their choices that have caused conflict in their life and family. Students engage in individual, group, and family therapy as they seek to discover what obstacles are preventing them from being happy and successful in their lives.

Assessment and Evaluation

At LifeLine for Youth, we provide an assessment for each student which includes a psychiatric evaluation, a psychosocial history, and a complete lab workup. At the end of the assessment period, LifeLine will consult with any third party case managers or educational consultants and discuss further treatment needs. The primary therapist will then meet with the student and his/her parents and review all the testing and make recommendations for the student’s future treatment needs and options.
